When you purchase sheet music from Summerhill Music you are purchasing the right to make copies as required by for your pupils. Copyright of the music remains with the composer.

Using items purchased from this site requires your computer to use Adobe Reader, which s free and can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
You accept that it is your responsibility to meet this requirement.
Prices for products quoted on the site are liable to change at any time.
Summerhill Music is not VAT registered
There is no delivery charge for digitally delivered files. Digital Sheet Music
is delivered as a pdf file. Your music is available for download immediately
after payment. You will receive an e-mail with a password to access your files.
UK postage and packing rates are displayed on the page for all other products.
Printed items are sent within 2 working days of cleared payment.
If ordering more than 3 or more items please e-mail for reduced P&P rates.
For orders outside the UK please e-mail for shipping rates.
For Digital Sheet Music
For the purposes of the Consumer Protection (distance Selling) Regulation 2000,
digital Sheet music, digitally delivered (by e-mail)are deemed to be services.
Because of the nature of the Services and goods advertised on summerhillmusic.co.uk,
you agree not to excercise any right of return for these products, where the
file has already been sent, unless the product is defective.
For Other Items
Owing to the implications of copyright, refunds or exchanges are not possible
unless the item is faulty.
Defective Products
If the products supplied are defective, we will supply you with a replacement
product or a refund. Please contact Summerill music by e-mail sales@summerhillmusic.co.uk
within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrectly Supplied Items
If you receive and incorrect order, please contact us so an exchange may be
arranged.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude your or our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) under section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, or section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; (iii) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iv) for any matter for which it would be illegal for to limit or exclude, or attempt to limit or exclude, liability.
Subject to this: (i) our liability in connection with any Product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the higher of the purchase price of the relevant Product and the replacement cost of the relevant Product; (ii) we accept no liability for any loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, waste of management or office time or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable; and (iii) we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under this Agreement caused by events outside our reasonable control.
